Welcome to SanitovaCheck, developed by Sanitova Environmental Health Services Ltd. SanitovaCheck is available to users worldwide. By using this app, wherever you are located, you agree to the following terms.

1. What SanitovaCheck Does

SanitovaCheck is an AI-assisted tool that helps you self-assess the sanitation and hygiene condition of a facility using photos and guided checklists. It provides an informational risk score and report based on general WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and environmental health standards.

Important: SanitovaCheck is a self-assessment aid. It is not a substitute for an official inspection by a licensed Environmental Health Officer, sanitation authority, or equivalent regulatory body in your jurisdiction, and it does not guarantee regulatory approval, certification, or compliance with any specific local, national, or international law or standard. Standards for water, sanitation, and hygiene vary by country and region. Always consult your local environmental health or public health authority for official compliance requirements applicable to your location.

1a. Governing Law

Because SanitovaCheck is used by people around the world, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country of residence provides you with rights that cannot be waived, in which case those rights remain applicable.

2. Subscription and Billing

• SanitovaCheck offers a free tier with limited features, and a Pro subscription billed monthly.
• New Pro subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period, as shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment card details.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you submit.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent facility conditions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

SanitovaCheck provides informational assessments only. We are not liable for any decisions made, penalties incurred, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the app's reports. Use of the app does not create a professional consulting relationship between you and Sanitova Environmental Health Services Ltd.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within SanitovaCheck are the property of Sanitova Environmental Health Services Ltd, except for content you submit (such as your own photos), which remains yours.

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify app features from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app.
